Why are Rainforests important?

Why are Rainforests important?

Rainforest are important because the trees provide oxgen for us and they also provide paper for oue school work and other uses.

Rainforest are important because they provide a living area for plants and animals.

They also can
  • help stabilize the world's climate;
  • protect against flood, drought, and erosion;
  • are a source for medicines and foods;
  • support tribal people; and
  • are an interesting place to visit
